Transportation Options and Directions
Car
Wildwood is located near the bottom tip of New Jersey.
- Travel south along the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey.
- Exit 6 will put you on Rt. 147 and take you into North Wildwood.
- Rt. 147 turns into New Jersey Ave.
- Follow it into Wildwood, turn left onto Glenwood, right onto Pacific and right onto Maple (Maple is a one-way street).
- Our house in on the right side of the street, 121 E. Maple.
If you miss Exit 6 and get off the Garden State at Exit 4B...
- You’ll be on Rio Grande Ave. headed toward the Wildwood shore.
- Turn left onto New Jersey Ave., right onto Glenwood, right onto Pacific and right onto Maple (Maple is a one-way street).
- Our house in on the right side of the street, 121 E. Maple.
Plane
The Atlantic City Airport (in Pomona) is the closest airport to Wildwood. Philadelphia is the next closest. We can arrange to pick you up from Atlantic City. If you fly into Philly, you’ll need to take a bus or train to Atlantic City, or a bus to Wildwood.
Bus
Greyhound/Trailways (1-800-231-2222) rolls into Atlantic City. NJ Transit (1-215-569-3752) can get you from there to Wildwood. The NJ Transit bus depot is several blocks from our project house. We can arrange to pick you up in either Atlantic City or Wildwood.
Train
Amtrak provides service into Philadelphia and connects with NJ Transit rail service into Atlantic City. Call 1-800-872-7245 for Amtrak schedule, fare and reservation information.
